Support for Sgaw Karen is now available in our Burmese fonts.

There are a couple of oddities involving Sgaw Karen support in the recently modified Unicode Burmese block but we believe we have addressed them adequately.

Sgaw Karen, Mon and Burmese are now all supported. Pwo Karen and Shan are still on the way.
